A hotel story tells consumers why they should choose that hotel. “Hotels, like a book, have story elements. They have a setting – the city they’re in, the location, the neighborhood they’re in. They have characters – their staff and they have themes – their values, their mission statement, their vision. Essentially, the messaging needs to be compelling so the traveler wants to become a part of that story.”
