“You need to have a mobile website in order to convert. When we launched our mobile website earlier this year we could really see the amount of bookings triple or quadruple from the channel. So it is there, of course use the mobile advertising channels whenever you can in Google, and of course there’s going to be a lot more things on the technology side of mobile that are going to be helping the user to have a better experience.
Think about how you can use beacons. I think finally we have the chance now that the whole world is customized and settled down in the world of mobile, everybody is using it. Now we need to start using those platforms more efficiently. Don’t just think about bookings, think about making the user’s life easier.”
