That’s how they came to realize just how much travel shoppers want to see rich visual content so they have extended their visual experience beyond their website.

They know that their guests, particularly leisure travelers, find them in a multitude of different ways on a multitude of different sites. “With so much shopping, comparing and competition online, we need to ensure that our property stands out and gives travel shoppers as much information as possible and quickly,” states Story Kirshman, Marketing Manager at The BROADMOOR Hotel. “With the way the VBrochure multi-media viewer is laid out and categorized, we feel we are now able to do that much more effectively”, continues Kirshman. In a very short time, The BROADMOOR has experienced great success with their VBrochure investment. “We have seen a 25% increase of online bookings this summer compared to last summer before we had VBrochure,” says Kirshman.

Kirshman’s offers a piece of advice, “It’s so important to provide rich online content, but it has to be easy to find and easy to navigate through.  You can have the best high-definition videos, but if they are hidden on only one page of your website, you are missing a whole universe of opportunity.”
